SIHO is Pleased to Offer Two Medical Plan Options:
PPO
$3,000/$6,000
This plan is the most comprehensive plan and offers coverage with the lowest co-pays, deductibles, coinsurance, and the lowest out-of-pocket annual maximum. It also requires the greatest amount of payroll deduction.
HDHP
$4,000/$8,000
When you enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan, you are eligible to establish a Health Savings Account through HealthEquity, Inc. The annual deductible applies to both medical and prescriptions drug expenses. For certain prescription drugs that are considered maintenance, the employee will pay a co-pay without having to first meet the annual deductible.
