PTO Accrual Information
PTO hours accrued are based on the number of eligible hours worked during each pay period. The annual PTO accrual is determined by years of service, and the increase in benefit is effective at the beginning of the plan year in which the employee will reach a greater “years of service” level. Years of service are defined as the completed cumulative number of years employed at SIHO (refer to Rehires section in the SIHO Employee Handbook for more information).
